It’s recommended to use the scissors only on a clean coat. The serrated blades easily accumulate dirt on the scissors. Therefore, clean the scissors after clipping; you can use something like Acticid. This product cleans and disinfects the scissors and protects against mold and bacteria.
Caution! Do not use bleach to clean the shears, as this will promote rusting.
